A highlight at ECR 2025 was Esaote’s new AI-powered MRI platform, e-SPADES. Developed in collaboration with the Amsterdam University Medical Center and AIRS Medical, this revolutionary system is designed to reduce overall examination times by up to 60% compared to conventional scanning methods. The breakthrough not only accelerates the diagnostic process but also delivers unparalleled image quality, paving the way for more efficient patient management.
Next-Generation Ultrasound and Image Management
In the realm of ultrasound, Esaote showcased its Augmented Insight AI technology, now fully integrated across its system portfolio. The flagship MyLab™X90 continues to set the benchmark in high-performance imaging, while the newly unveiled MyLab™C30, scheduled for a live demonstration on February 27 at 11:00 a.m. CET, promises to bring the benefits of advanced imaging to neonatal care. Complementing these systems, the MyLab™C25 forms part of the new Ultrasound C-series, combining portability with stellar performance. This series is engineered with a cleanable touch keyboard and a gesture-enabled trackpad, features that streamline workflow and support advanced applications in abdominal, prostate, and breast imaging, ultimately enhancing procedural confidence for radiologists.
ECR 2025 also provided the stage for EBIT, the Esaote Group company specializing in Healthcare Information Technology, to introduce SUITESTENSA ZefiRO – a next-generation “cloud-native” PACS with a diagnostic viewer. Drawing on 25 years of expertise in enterprise imaging, this zero-footprint system enables physicians to access medical images seamlessly from any location. Alongside ZefiRO, the integrated Suitestensa fAInd AI platform offers rapid access to a wide range of clinical applications, further improving reporting efficiency and workflow management.
