Barco has launched the Coronis OneLook display solution on the first day of this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Coronis OneLook offers radiologists the highest resolution in the breast imaging display market, as well as powerful tools to read with efficiency and customize the display to their workflow. The launch of this groundbreaking new flagship display coincides with the celebrations of Barco’s 90th anniversary.

One look is all it takes

With its 32 megapixels, Coronis OneLook boasts the highest resolution available in breast imaging displays today. Radiologists can view complete medical images in one look: capturing every detail without the need to zoom in or pan.

Coronis OneLook allows radiologists to review multiple images side-by-side. This Fusion format has been proven to improve productivity by 19%.* The display solution also facilitates the detection of small details like microcalcifications, thanks to its high luminance and medical contrast.

Optimized for reading 3D cine examinations of CT, ultrasound, and breast MRI, Coronis OneLook is equipped with RapidFrame. This Barco-patented technology ensures crisp moving images without blur.

Additionally, Coronis OneLook offers an extra wide, calibrated color range, allowing radiologists to readily see the full granularity of colored information in medical images.

Work productively

Albert Xthona, Senior Product Manager at Barco says: “In addition to the technical aspects of Coronis OneLook, we also focused on radiologist productivity. This display includes customizable on-screen touch buttons, so radiologists can instantly invoke functions and launch the applications they use most. It also offers our suite of Intuitive Workflow Tools for workflow optimization.”

Coronis OneLook can be connected to Barco’s QAWeb Enterprise platform, currently used by healthcare organizations worldwide to manage QA and compliance for over 100,000 Barco displays.

Dirk Feyants, Executive VP of Diagnostic Imaging at Barco, says: “Coronis OneLook comes from the same team that developed  our Coronis Uniti display, launched ten years ago and still considered one of the best monitors for radiology and breast imaging in the world. Thanks to its impressive performance, Coronis OneLook opens a new chapter in radiologist accuracy and efficiency.”
