Study shows alcohol consumption has no effect on coronary arteries

Some previous studies have suggested that light alcohol consumption may actually reduce the risk for coronary artery disease (CAD). Now, in a study
presented at the recent RSNA meeting by a group of researchers from Hungary they have shown that using coronary computed tomography angiography
(CCTA) there was no association between light to moderate alcohol consumption and CAD.
