CE Mark Enables European Deployment of Remote Imaging Platform

DeepHealth, a subsidiary of RadNet, has announced that its TechLive™ remote imaging and radiology management platform has received CE marking. The regulatory milestone enables commercialization across Europe and expands the company’s international presence in imaging informatics and remote scanning technologies.

TechLive is designed as a multimodality, vendor-agnostic solution that allows certified technologists to remotely oversee imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, PET/CT, and ultrasound. According to DeepHealth, the system provides a consolidated interface that integrates console controls, patient monitoring, and injector visualization into a single operational environment.

The platform aims to help healthcare providers manage growing demand for advanced imaging procedures while addressing workforce shortages in radiology and medical imaging services.

Addressing Workforce Shortages and Imaging Demand

Healthcare systems across Europe and globally are facing increased imaging volumes alongside ongoing staffing challenges. Remote scanning and radiology management solutions are increasingly being explored as a way to maintain imaging capacity and improve access to specialized procedures.

“Healthcare systems worldwide are facing rising demand for complex imaging amid sustained workforce pressures. In Europe, staff shortages have reached critical levels in multiple markets, straining capacity and limiting patient access,” said Madhu Jahagirdar, Head of Product and Platforms, Enterprise Imaging at DeepHealth. “TechLive reflects our deep understanding of these realities. By enabling certified experts to operate across physical boundaries and multiple modalities, we are helping providers expand capacity and ensure patients can receive timely, high-quality care regardless of location.”

Within the RadNet network in the United States, TechLive has already been deployed at scale. According to the company, the system currently connects more than 400 imaging scanners and has contributed to measurable operational improvements.

Reported outcomes include:

  • 42% reduction in MRI room closure hours
  • 27% increase in access to complex imaging procedures

These operational gains highlight the role of remote scanning solutions in supporting high-volume imaging networks and multi-site operations.

AWS Marketplace Listing Supports Global Deployment

In addition to CE marking, TechLive is now listed in the AWS Marketplace. The listing is intended to simplify procurement and deployment for healthcare organizations adopting cloud-based imaging infrastructure.

By leveraging the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS), DeepHealth aims to reduce implementation complexity, accelerate deployment timelines, and align with enterprise IT strategies. The integration is designed to support secure, scalable deployment of remote imaging workflows across hospital networks and imaging centers.

Showcase at ECR 2026

DeepHealth plans to present TechLive alongside its broader portfolio of AI-powered imaging solutions at the European Congress of Radiology 2026, taking place March 4-8, 2026 in Vienna. The company will exhibit the technology at Booth 506 in Hall X5.
