SimonMed Deploys AI MRI Enhancement Platform Across National Network
SimonMed, one of the largest independent outpatient imaging providers in the United States, has announced the enterprise-wide deployment of AIRS Medical’s SwiftMR, an FDA-cleared AI solution designed to enhance MRI imaging.
According to the company, the rollout follows an evaluation of multiple MRI artificial intelligence platforms and forms part of SimonMed’s broader strategy to improve imaging quality, patient access, and workflow consistency across its national imaging network.
AI-Enhanced MRI to Support Workflow Efficiency
As MRI demand continues to increase, imaging providers are facing growing pressure to deliver shorter scan times while maintaining diagnostic image quality. SimonMed stated that the implementation of SwiftMR is intended to support faster MRI workflows, improve image clarity, and create greater consistency across scanner environments.

SwiftMR is designed as a vendor-neutral MRI AI solution, enabling deployment across scanners from different manufacturers without requiring additional hardware investments.
SimonMed operates one of the largest outpatient imaging infrastructures in the U.S., including a broad range of MRI systems and clinical environments. According to the company, the ability to integrate AI imaging software consistently across a multi-vendor MRI fleet was a key consideration in the deployment process.
The solution uses artificial intelligence to enhance MRI image reconstruction, supporting improved image quality while helping reduce acquisition times.
